Symptoms of menopause include hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood swings, sleep issues, low sexual desire, forgetfulness, urinary incontinence, etc. During post menopause women faces many women health issues like heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer, hearing loss, vision issue, arthritis, insomnia, memory loss, sexual dysfunction and incontinence.
Some also goes under stress and depression; develop eating disorder like poor diet, smoking, alcohol abuse etc. She also faces normal aging signs and hair grays.
